  • Free-ranged eggs, fresh Maine water, salt, enriched Durum and Semolina flour

  • Unlike your typical dried pasta, our fresh pasta only takes about 60-90 seconds to cook in boiling water. You can also cook the pasta in your preferred sauce if you let it simmer with it.

  • Can be refrigerated for up to 7 days, but can be stored in the freezer for 2 months. Whenever you want to have fresh pasta, just take it from the freezer and plop it into the boiling water for the 60-90 seconds.
